When is The I Love Chocolate Fest?
December 5 and 6, 2020, from 10am-5pm. Timed tickets are being used for this event. All tickets are being sold in advance, on line. NO tickets will be sold on site.
Where is the Festival?
Old Bethpage Village Restoration, 1303 Round Swamp Road, Old Bethpage, NY 11804. Parking is both on site at the Restoration, and a short walk away at the Armor Museum which is located on the same property.
Is The Chocolate Fest Indoors or Outdoors?
The I Love Chocolate Fest is Outdoors.
What Happens if there is bad weather?
The Chocolate Fest is Outdoors and will be held rain or shine.
What Happens if There is Another Lock down due to COVID?
Should the state, local, or federal government impose a shut down that prevents this event from being held on December 5 & 6, 2020, The I Love Chocolate Fest will be rescheduled for the soonest possible date, and tickets will be valid for the new date. No refunds will be issued.
Where Can I Park My Car?
There is FREE on site Parking.
Will this Event be Crowded?
NO. Due to COVID, to maintain proper and safe social distancing, tickets have been drastically limited and vendors have been spaced out. Restoration Village Houses will not be open to walk inside.
Is The Chocolate Fest Wheelchair Accessible?
The Chocolate Fest is on a wide gravel and grass path.
Is My Ticket Transferable?
Yes, if you want to give your ticket to someone else that is fine.
What is your Refund Policy?
Sorry, but there are No Refunds unless you are experiencing viral symptoms or have been exposed to someone with COVID and are under quarantine. Unused tickets will be forfeited.
I Bought My Ticket Online, Do I Need To Print It?
You can either show your ticket on your phone, print it.
What measures are being used to prevent the spread of COVID-19 at this event?
The following rules will be in place and enforced at this year’s I Love Chocolate Fest:
1.) Masks must be properly worn above the nose at all times at The I Love Chocolate Fest except in designated areas while sitting down and eating or drinking.
2,) A minimum of six feet of space must be maintained between you and those not in your party at all times.
3,) Restoration Village Houses, Bonfire, Demonstrations, and The Chocolate Donut Eating Contest that are normally at this event will not be available this year in order to maintain social distancing.
4.) A single-direction path will be utilized at this event. All attendees will be able to pass each vendor only once, and will not be able to backtrack in order to maintain social distancing.
5.) Timed tickets are being used at this event. You must arrive during the time you selected on your ticket in order to enter. Please depart when your ticket ends in order to make space for others to enter. No tickets will be sold on site.
6.) You and all people in your party confirm that you have not had any viral-like symptoms, including but not limited to fever and cough, during previous 48 hours. If you feel ill, exhibit symptoms, or have had contact with a person who has tested positive for COVID-19 in the last 14 days, please stay home and see care.
7.) Picnic tables will be sanitized in between uses. Restrooms will be cleaned frequently.
8.) You acknowledge that an inherent risk of exposure to severe acute respiratory syndrome Coronavirus 2 (SARS-COVID-19), the virus that causes COVID-19, exists in any public place where people are present. COVID-19 is an extremely contagious disease that can lead to severe illness and death. According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, senior citizens and people with certain underlying medical conditions are especially vulnerable. By attending The I Love Chocolate Fest at Old Bethpage Village Restoration, you voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to SARS-CoV-2.
